Step 1:
Overview of the Color Code Assessment
Deadline (for those taking it for the first time - or re-taking it): This Sunday, April 25th.
We are asking all team members to kindly retake the Color Code Assessment to ensure you have the most accurate results possible. This video will give a short introduction to the assessment along with helpful instructions.
If you have previously taken the Color Code Assessment, your results have been reset so that you can do it again.
If you click on the link (below the video) to start the assessment and you get an error message saying you've already taken the assessment, simply click the logout link in the corner, return to this page, and click the link below the video again.
Please click the button below to take or re-take the Color Code Assessment. It's important that you complete this step before continuing to Step 2:
Step 2:
Overview of the Character Code Assessment
Deadline: Wednesday, April 27th.
Please watch this video before proceeding to take the Character Code Assessment as it contains important instructions. Take this assessment as soon as possible, but only AFTER having completed the Color Code Assessment. It should only take approximately 5 minutes to complete; however, this is a 360 degree assessment. Therefore, in addition to competing your own self-evaluation, you are being asked to have the entire leadership team evaluate you as well. The sooner you finish your self-evaluation, the more time you'll have to complete the evaluations that will be coming in from others inside of the group.
